At Burning Rebellion, every product is handcrafted in small batches with intention — which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or general dissatisfaction.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you. Please contact us at burningrebellionwaxco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit — no refunds will be issued.
